The Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix was mind-blowing, the big bed and red recliner super comfy, and the location was perfect for shops and restaurants. The desk was a great help, too!

my wife and I have stayed at this property many times over the years. the young lady that checked us in and out a couple of days later was pleasant and seemed to enjoy her job - that makes a difference. the hotel is showing wear with rooms needing updated. the staff at the hotel were exceptional! the room was good, the AC efficient, morning staff very friendly. they even offered to change our flat tire! that's good service.

The staff, especially Constance, was incredibly sweet and helpful despite the computer system going down. com. The hotel's location was convenient for the event I was attending, and it was also close to the Botanical Gardens. The free breakfast was a nice perk.
